Support and Administration Coordinator

The Support and Administration Coordinator, based in the Client Services team- is an entry level role and will provide level one support to clients via a dedicated phone support line and handle inbound support email communication.

The Support and Administration Coordinator will assist account managers in the training of clients, report preparation, data entry, client communication and system setup.

As the Support and Administration Coordinator you will have a strong business focus and the ability to deliver outstanding customer service is a must.

The successful candidate will possess the following qualities:

Technology minded and understanding of web-based technologies
Appreciation of online marketing and e-commerce practices
Excellent customer service manner
Understanding of the Australian sports market, particularly National Sporting Organisations
Works well under pressure and to deadlines
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Attention to accuracy and detail, with strong organisational skills
Advanced computer skills (Internet, MS Office suite, Graphics programs)
Ability to work in a fast paced environment

Experience within a sporting or web based technology business or relevant tertiary qualifications are desirable.
